2. Warranty service: The product provides three months of free warranty service. If the user has a quality problem caused by the factory in the normal operation state, please present the proof of purchase to provide warranty service. Warranty service is not available for the following reasons:
2-1: Abnormal use, the connector cable is broken, the magnetic head is broken, and the magnet is detached;
The PCB board is broken, the PCB board is burned, and the like.
2-2: Product damage caused by human: the connector cable is broken, the magnetic head is broken, and the magnet is off;
The PCB board is broken, the PCB board is burned, and the like.
2-3: Repairs and alterations not authorized by the company.
Note: This warranty does not cover shipping costs and does not provide on-site service.
Precautions:
Magnetic contactor products reduce collision and avoid heating during use or storage. Avoid environments containing corrosive gases, high conductivity (such as water containing electrolytes), acidic environments, organic solvents, etc.
